Description: A high-current three-phase 4-pole static transfer switch (320A–1250A) engineered for A/B source redundancy, using SCR-based static switching with a specified transfer time ≥ 4 ms and customizable dimensions for cabinet or panel integration. It supports automatic/manual break-before-make operation, optional tier-1 circuit breakers, and standard communications (RS485 with optional SNMP and dry contacts) for reliable uptime and easy system integration.

4P Static Transfer Switch (4P, 320A–1250A, Custom Size)

Purpose: Provides A/B dual-source redundancy for critical three-phase loads. Default Source S1 priority; automatically transfers to Source S2 when S1 is abnormal and returns to S1 after recovery (same operating logic as the lower-current versions).
Switching technology: SCR (thyristor) static switching for fast, contactless transfer and high reliability.
Current range: 320A to 1250A, three-phase 4-pole (4P).
Input / Output: 380Vac, 50/60Hz (same voltage class for input and output).
Transfer time: ≥ 4 ms (specified transfer performance for this range).
Operating modes: Automatic / Manual, break-before-make switching to prevent paralleling the two sources during changeover.
Load capability & efficiency: Designed for demanding IT/industrial loads, 3:1 crest factor, efficiency ≥ 98% (consistent with previous specifications).
Protection & power path (optional): Can be configured with international tier-1 brand circuit breakers as an option for enhanced protection and standardization.
