UPS-dedicated VRLA battery design: Maintenance-free construction with optimized oxygen recombination and valve settings to reduce water loss and extend service life.
High power density: Optimized plate structure and separator design to improve high-rate discharge performance for short backup applications (enhanced power output compared to conventional batteries).
High discharge current capability: Lower internal resistance design helps support sustained high discharge currents and reduces thermal runaway risk.
Safety materials: UL94-V0 flame-retardant ABS housing across the series.
Long-life design: Mid-capacity battery design life up to 10–12 years (typical), with good consistency for series/parallel strings.
Low self-discharge: Approximately ≤2% per 28 days at 20°C (typical), supporting standby readiness.
Battery specifications (typical range): 12V VRLA AGM with capacities from 38Ah to 250Ah (10-hour rate, depending on model).
Key charging guidance (25°C): Float 2.25–2.30 V/cell; Equalize 2.35–2.40 V/cell; temperature compensation supported by the UPS control logic.
Battery cabinet system: Modular cabinet design with strong structure and improved ventilation layout; tool-less assembly for faster onsite installation; optional internal battery cabling and grouped battery switch box to match UPS applications.
Battery management (ABM® concept): Multi-stage charge management (charge / float / rest) to reduce long-term float stress and extend battery lifetime (up to ~50% improvement under comparable conditions).
Smart discharge management: Periodic battery performance checks and flexible end-of-discharge settings to balance battery life, maintainability, and system reliability.
Optional battery monitoring system: Online monitoring of cell voltage, negative terminal temperature, internal resistance, plus string voltage/current and ambient temperature; supports Modbus/SNMP integration and remote monitoring.
