Vertiv Liebert EXL S1 (300–1200 kVA) is a transformer-free, monolithic online double-conversion UPS for medium to large data centers, built on a full IGBT three-level topology to deliver high efficiency, strong input performance, and flexible scalability.

• Power range: 300 to 1200 kVA (scalable system capacity up to 9.6 MVA with paralleling)

• Topology: Transformer-free, full IGBT three-level rectifier + inverter (high power density, reduced footprint)

• Efficiency: Up to 97% in double-conversion mode; >99% in Intelligent ECO mode

• Intelligent paralleling: Optimizes efficiency at partial load by placing excess units in standby while maintaining availability

• High input performance: PF > 0.99, THDi < 3% (helps reduce upstream infrastructure sizing and generator stress)

• Load compatibility: Maximized active power with output power factor up to 1; no derating across leading/lagging load conditions within the supported PF range

• System flexibility: Supports distributed and centralized parallel architectures (centralized with an external Main Static Switch option)
